What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

To maintain the luster of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in the provided CENDRÉ pouch when not in use.

Yes, all CENDRÉ pieces come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty that covers any structural defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or tarnishing due to improper care.
